I’ve always been curious about how cat adoption could be easier. PawPal was a personal UI exploration, not based on formal research, but on a simple question: What if the process felt more friendly and easier to start? It also became a way for me to explore and shape my own design style.

People who want to adopt cats often don’t know where to start. Options like pet shops, friends, or street cats can feel unclear, unreliable, or even unsafe. This makes adoption confusing and hard to trust.

PawPal is a concept for a cat adoption app that aims to make the process easier, clearer, and more reliable. It offers a platform that connects people to cats in need of homes whether from shelters, foster homes, or fellow cat lovers.

This app also follows the values of responsible adoption based on Islamic principles, by supporting ethical alternatives to buying and selling animals.
